Netflix is going all out for the fifth and final season of Stranger Things. They are doing so much that they are going to take over a huge chunk of Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles and turn it into Hawkins, Indiana and transport you to the upside down with a full-out immersive experience with Melrose Ave: Stranger Things 5 One Last Ride which is set to take place on Sunday, November 23.

The event will bring Stranger Things fans together to bike, skate, or stroll along a car-free stretch of Melrose Avenue in celebration of the pop culture phenomenon that made us believe adults were teenagers by putting them in dope outfits and questionable haircuts from the past.

The1980s event encourages fans to don side ponytails, neon colors, as well as retro-vibrant fits. Or if you prefer, you can dress up as Venca or Millie Bobby Brown’s worst nightmare: David Harbour. And don’t forget your boombox and walkman!

The event will include photo ops, pedal-powered activations, live entertainment, merch, giveaways, and an exclusive content drop as Angelenos will be honking their way through traffic because of street closures. (Consider this a warning to avoid the area on November 23).

Netflix will also be partnering with a local bicycle shop, JustRideLA, to offer a limited quantity of bicycles on a first-come-first serve basis.

The event itself is free and open to the public. No RSVP required. Click here for more details.
