A24 has dropped the first trailer for Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert‘s (aka the Daniels), Everything Everywhere All At Once starring the legendary queen Michelle Yeoh and icon Ke Huy Quan. I would try to explain what this movie is about but you should just watch this trailer because it is wild.

Multiverses are so hot in Hollywood right now.

Everything Everywhere All At Once is set to open on March 25, 2022 but before that, it will open the SXSW Film Festival. The film also features Stephanie Hsu, Jenny Slate, Harry Shum Jr. as well as two more legends James Hong and Jamie Lee Curtis.

If you loved the Daniels’ previous works, then you know you’re in for a conceptual, yet approachable but also a little bonkers treat (Swiss Army Man comes to mind).

The official logline for the film describes Everything Everywhere All At Once as “a hilarious and big-hearted sci-fi action adventure about an exhausted Chinese American woman (Yeoh) who can’t seem to finish her taxes.” And just in time for tax season!
