She Hulk: Attorney at Law is the next MCU installment that Marvel Studios will throw to the hungry masses of fandom come August 17.
The Disney+ series from head writer Jessica Gao and directors Kat Coiro and Anu Valia debuted a new trailer during San Diego Comic-Con today during Marvel Studios’ time on the Hall H dais. Gao, Coiro and Valia were joined by cast members Tatiana Maslany, Ginger Gonzaga, and Jameela Jamil to introduce the new footage from the series.
And yes, that was Daredevil at the end of that. We also learned that Charlie Cox will return as the titular hero in a new Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again, which is set to debut in spring 2024. Vincent D’Onofrio will also return to the series as the Kingpin. Cox and D’Onofrio are expected to be seen in the Disney+ series Echo starring Alaqua Cox which will premiere in 2023.
Yup, there’s a lot happening in the MCU.
In She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Jennifer Walters (Maslany)—an attorney specializing in superhuman-oriented legal cases—must navigate the complicated life of a single, 30-something who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.
The nine-episode comedy features Mark Ruffalo reprising his role as Smart Hulk and Tim Roth returning as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination. The series also features MCU mainstay Benedict Wong as Wong as well as Josh Segarra, Jon Bass, and Renée Elise Goldsberry.
