In the new trailer for the Michael Mayer-directed Netflix holiday rom-com Single All The Way, icon Jennifer Coolidge says, “The gays just know how to do stuff!”

They sure do.

Writer Chad Hodge bringing holiday queer to the genre with a story that focuses on Peter (Michael Urie), who is desperate to avoid his family’s judgment about his perpetual single status. As a result, he convinces his best friend Nick (Philemon Chambers) to join him for the holidays and pretend that they’re now in a relationship. But when Peter’s mother (legend Kathy Najimy) sets him up on a blind date with her handsome trainer James (Luke Macfarlane)— the plan goes awry. Single All The Way also stars Jennifer Robertson and Barry Bostwick.

Joel S. Rice serves as producer while Hodge and Mayer serve as executive producers.

Single All The Way debuts on Netflix on December 2.
