Actor, comedian, and activist Jenny Yang is kicking off her Good Egg Immigrant Grocery Store Standup Comedy Tour in Los Angeles on June 5.
As the title of the tour suggests, Yang is partnering with local grocery stores in each city and raising money for a specific organization, advocacy group, or anything else that serves the greater good of our communities. In L.A. Yang, she is joined by comedian Chris Estrada and she will partner with El Sereno Greengrocer to raise funds for L.A. Taco.

The next stop will be on June 11 in the Lone Star State in Dallas/Fort Worth where Luis Juarez will be her opener. For this show, she will partner with Luang Prabag Market and raise funds for Asian Texans for Justice.
And yes, as Yang posted on her Instagram, the nonprofit tour is independently produced and fiscally sponsored. If you can’t make the show when she comes to your city, she will post donation links on her website and Instagram.
